Eligibility
Lumina is available by invitation to facilitators who have completed FOFS, finished coaching review and received a final FOFS report.
Bundles and credits
Lumina is sold in bundles of cycles. Starting a cycle consumes one credit, which is locked to that cycle and is not refundable once activities begin.
Organisation subscriptions
Organisation credits are pooled across users. Organisations may hold up to 100 active seats per agreement unless otherwise contracted with IAL.
Low balance
Reminders are issued at 20% and 5% remaining balance. New cycles are blocked when no credits remain until a top-up is confirmed.
Acceptable use
Accounts are personal and must not be shared. Reports generated in Lumina may be shared as evidence of practice but not resold or repackaged as IAL certification.
Payment
Payments are processed through Xetta. Invoices for business and enterprise bundles are due within 30 days of issue.
